Anti-Bullying Forum

Our Anti-Bullying Forum is made up of representatives from each year group across the school. They meet regularly with Mrs Gilmore to talk about any issues that may be troubling anyone in school. We also have Worry Monsters in each classroom, where anyone can write down anything that's troubling them and pop them inside and these worries are brought to the Anti-Bullying Forum too.

Eppleton Academy Primary are proud to remain a Bully Free School.

NEWS FLASH - February 2016

We are proud to announce we have achieved the Sunderland's Anti Bullying Gold Charter Mark.

Our Anti-Bullying Forum is made up of representatives from each year group across the school. They meet regularly with Mrs Gilmore to talk about any issues that may be troubling anyone in school. They are  constantly planning and delivering Anti Bullying events to maintain a safe and happy school.

It is through their hard work, and completion of staff, pupils, parents and governors questionnaires, that we have met every criteria required in school to achieve this Gold status, after a presentation to representatives from the Local Authority and pupils and staff from another primary school.

Everyone at Eppleton Academy is super proud of this outstanding achievement!                           Well done everyone!
